We are looking for an original and experienced Influence manager/Media Buyer who thrives on discovering new hypotheses and scaling campaigns.

What need to do:

– Searching for Influencers/Bloggers/Creators to buy advertising from;

– Communication with Influencers/Bloggers/Creators, 

– Selecting the best places for advertising ;

– Buying advertising, filling spreadsheets;

– Preparation of advertising content;

– Control over fulfillment of advertising conditions;

– Analyzing advertising campaigns, Revenue metrics, Romi, speed of fans brought in;

– Planning advertising integrations month+ ahead;

– Finding external new traffic sources and influencers, testing them.

– Generating regular reports on campaign results, including analysis of positive and negative outcomes.

What we expect from you:

– 2+ years of experience in the role of a Influence manager/Media Buyer;

– Experience working with social networks such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok in terms of advertising procurement;

– Experience with Tier-1 and Tier-2;

– Proficiency in tools like ClickUp, PowerBI, Trello, or similar services.

– Upper-Intermediate English;

– Market analysis skills, including competitor and market analysis for report creation and new product promotion hypotheses;

– Goal-oriented, punctual, and proactive candidate with precision in reporting, documentation, and exceptional communication skills.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and creative VIP Account manager responsible for ensuring a high level of communication with clients and their successful experience with our agency.

Responsibilities

– You will lead a limited number of clients simultaneously: we are about the Quality over Quantity approach;

– You need to build a solid connection with a client, dive deep into it, and make sure that the client’s success is achieved;

– Speak about out-of-the-work topics, meet each other in real life for a cup of coffee, craft your own strategy with a client, and be creative.

Requirements

– Previous experience in Sales, Retention, or Customer Success is a must.

– Knowledge of how to “sell the idea” to a client, guarantee the client’s satisfaction, and bring his experience with us to the top level;

– English (С1) or Spanish (С1) is a minimum you need to possess, we have clients from different countries;

– Proficient communication skills are a must: you know how to find a connection with a client, sell the idea, convince the client, and promote your opinion. You will work on the client’s success, so you need to communicate a lot. Furthermore, you need to persuade others to agree with your ideas or proposals;

– Be proactive;

– Don’t wait while the client writes to you. Write to him first instead, ask more, propose more, discover new approaches, and combine them in your work.
